Deliver expert physiotherapy services for cardiovascular patients as a dedicated Physiotherapist. Collaborate with an interprofessional team to provide assessments, interventions, and comprehensive follow-up support.
In this role, you will enhance patient care through person-centered assessments and build strong relationships within the collaborative healthcare team. Key responsibilities include participating in quality improvement initiatives, utilizing standardized outcome measures, and contributing to ongoing professional development. You'll also supervise physical therapy students and act as a resource for education in physiotherapy practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and interventions for cardiovascular patients
• Collaborate with interprofessional healthcare teams




• Participate in quality improvement and research initiatives
• Supervise physical therapy students during fieldwork
• Provide clinical educational in-services to peers
Requirements:
• M.Sc.PT or equivalent degree
• Active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Experience in cardiovascular patient care preferred
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
