Elevate customer interactions as a Customer Success Representative. This remote role focuses on hands-on implementation, training, and maximizing value for clients primarily in the Northern California area.
The role is integral in ensuring successful system adoption and sustained performance at customer sites. With a strong emphasis on building relationships and providing tailored solutions, you will collaborate closely with field service teams and manage ongoing training for concrete producers and operators. Your efforts will directly contribute to value realization and effective technology integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in office training for end-users
• Monitor and address customer concerns promptly
• Build long-term relationships with clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs
• Leverage industry connections to drive sales
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• 5+ years experience with electro-mechanical systems preferred
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus
