Your responsibilities include overseeing compliance with regulations, onboarding operations, and building a local team while developing strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead client acquisition for HNW and institutional clients
• Develop strategic partnerships and business opportunities




• Ensure compliance with FINTRAC and PCMLTFA
• Oversee onboarding and operational workflow
• Build and define local team structure

Requirements:
• 7–15+ years in fintech, finance, or trading
• Proven client acquisition and sales expertise
• Solid leadership and team management skills
• Experience in regulatory environments
• Ability to drive market engagement and client retention
