Elevate financial insights as a Senior FP&A; Analyst. Collaborate with leadership to enhance forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes for informed decision-making across diverse teams.
This role focuses on optimizing financial planning and analysis initiatives within the organization. You'll own monthly forecasting processes and transition to an in-house financial reporting tool, requiring robust collaboration with technical teams. Key responsibilities also include building financial models, preparing materials for leadership, and leveraging AI to automate processes while adapting to evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and enhance monthly forecasting and planning processes
• Co-lead transition to an in-house reporting tool




• Partner across departments to analyze performance drivers
• Build and maintain financial models for decision support
• Prepare comprehensive financial reporting materials
Requirements:
• 5–8+ years in FP&A; or corporate finance
• Strong Excel modeling skills; able to work with large datasets
• Explicit communication of financial concepts
• Experience with Tableau or Snowflake is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Support effective financial analysis and automation initiatives while driving the strategic planning framework across the organization.
