Key Responsibilities:
• Manage resident inquiries and emergency situations
• Support move-ins and leasing through direct coordination
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and property inspections
• Communicate effectively with contractors and vendors




• Enforce safety protocols and seasonal maintenance tasks
Requirements:
• 2-5 years’ experience in property management or maintenance
• Certifications in building maintenance or electrical work preferred
• In-depth knowledge of building codes and resident rights
• Robust interpersonal and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license required for certain duties
