Become an Associate in Fund Finance and lead the charge in financial reporting and governance within real estate funds. This role is designed for those who thrive in financial oversight and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and prepare quarterly fund reporting documents
• Analyze liquidity and cash movement across entities
• Create and maintain cash flow forecasting models




• Identify and mitigate reporting risks
• Liaise with stakeholders including lenders and auditors
Requirements:
• 4-5 years experience in fund finance, ideally from Big 4
• Robust knowledge of financial governance and oversight
• Experience with cash flow and financial reporting
• Familiarity with GP structures and investment vehicles
• High proficiency in Excel and analytical tools
