• Support ISO-27001 and NIST compliance through diligence
Requirements:
• 8+ years of troubleshooting experience in IT
• Proficiency in ManageEngine for asset tracking
• Familiarity with CrowdStrike Falcon for endpoint security
• Ability to maintain calm under pressure
• Passion for documentation and improving workflows
