Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead continuous improvement and Lean initiatives

• Schedule personnel to meet production demands effectively
• Provide technical guidance and training for team development
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field preferred
• At least 5 years in a process engineering role
• Minimum 5 years in molding operations experience
• Proven leadership ability in manufacturing settings
