This role is centered on leading a team to deliver enriching programs tailored to residents' needs. Responsibilities include managing staffing, budgets, and ensuring compliance with care standards. Your leadership will foster a culture that prioritizes the well-being of seniors while encouraging collaboration with community partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet resident and family satisfaction objectives
• Ensure diverse monthly activity participation
• Motivate and manage recreation staff and volunteers
• Control and track departmental budget




• Create and implement innovative resident programs
Requirements:
• Relevant education in Recreation Therapy or equivalent
• At least one year of healthcare experience
• Two or more years in senior care program planning
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Valid Vulnerable Sector Search required
