This role focuses on managing a variety of construction activities in Eastern Ontario and Atlantic Canada. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate planning and implementation of construction projects
• Monitor progress, ensuring cost and quality standards are met
• Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to specifications
• Communicate updates on project statuses to stakeholders
• Review change orders and assess their impact on the project
Requirements:
• Technical degree or equivalent experience
• 8–10 years in construction management roles
• Advanced knowledge of construction principles
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
