Job Description

The Manager in Training program provides hands‑on training in: Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management and people management.



This position has a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12‑18 months. This role supports achievement of location sales goals and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required. Must be 20 years of age or older. A valid driver’s license is required. Strong computer skills and multitasking skills are needed. Excellent written and spoken communication.
