Become a vital part of operational support in the Sales Incentives program. As a Sales Compensation Analyst, you will handle employee compensation details while driving process improvements, ensuring organizational scaling and success.
This role requires oversight of employee data accuracy and compensation plan details while collaborating closely with partners. You will efficiently distribute compensation plans and manage questions from sales employees regarding their plans. Additionally, collaborating with teams to drive design changes and project efficiencies will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate employee data and plan details
• Compile compensation information into comprehensive documents
• Distribute incentive compensation plans efficiently
• Triage employee inquiries regarding compensation
• Partner with teams for timely compensation data
Requirements:
• BA/BS degree is required
• 2+ years experience in Finance or Sales Compensation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with Tableau and SQL is a must
• Solid analytical and communication skills needed
Use your analytical skills and attention to detail to enhance compensation processes and deliver impactful insights across the sales organization.
