• Deliver high-level service for banking inquiries
• Resolve client issues at the first point of contact
• Maximize technology use for client interactions
• Provide tailored experiences for Private Banking clients
• Champion digital education initiatives for clients
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of banking experience required
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven client service and organizational skills
• Completion of IFC or CSC is a plus
• Post-secondary education in Commerce or Business Administration is an asset
