Key Responsibilities:
• Develop long-term maintenance and engineering strategies
• Lead efforts in the Progressive Maintenance Pillar
• Oversee utilities and maintenance operations at the site
• Manage technical asset lifecycle from design to retirement
• Ensure compliance with internal and external standards
Requirements:
• 10+ years in manufacturing, specifically CPG
• Minimum 5 years of leadership in maintenance or engineering
• Knowledge of Process, Packaging, or Electrical disciplines
• Preferred degree in Engineering or a related field
• CMRP certification expected within 18 months
