Exciting role as an Inventory Specialist focusing on parts management and customer service. Responsible for inventory control, shipping, and receiving while maintaining accurate documentation.
This position involves sourcing non-inventory parts, managing orders, and verifying shipments of supplies while ensuring adherence to stock levels. You'll utilize supplier contracts to optimize costs and lead times while maintaining safety data sheets. Strong organizational skills are essential for effective document management and record keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source non-inventory parts using customer requests
• Order and verify shipments of supplies
• Utilize SAP for inventory issuing and tracking
• Maintain and distribute Material Safety Data Sheets
• Arrange local and North American shipments
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years inventory or stockroom experience
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Valid Class G driver’s license required
• Forklift operation willingness within 6 months
• Experience with Microsoft Office and inventory systems
