- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to support clients through virtual therapy services. The counselor in this role will assess mental health needs, provide one-on-one counseling, document care thoroughly, and help clients move toward practical treatment goals. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys focused clinical work, values a steady weekday schedule, and is comfortable building strong client relationships through telehealth.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual counseling services through secure telehealth sessions
- Assess presenting concerns and determine treatment priorities
- Develop treatment plans that reflect each client’s needs and goals
- Maintain complete and timely documentation for all clinical services
- Use counseling techniques that support symptom management and improved daily functioning
- Track client engagement and clinical progress over time
- Address urgent concerns according to clinical and safety guidelines
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and outside care partners when needed
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field
- Active LMHC license
- At least 1 year of post-licensure counseling experience preferred
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Comfortable providing care in a remote or telehealth setting
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a professional home office setting
