Be the key support for Relationship Managers as a Portfolio Administrator. Focus on delivering client service excellence through effective communication and operational support.
This role involves managing a portfolio's technical aspects, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. You will assist in onboarding processes, address client inquiries, and maintain updated records while supporting Relationship Managers in achieving their market goals. Contribute to maintaining a high standard of client experience in diverse financial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process client service-related activities efficiently
• Prepare account opening and maintenance documentation
• Monitor compliance and operational reports




• Assist with client correspondence and reporting
• Maintain accurate client files in multiple formats
Requirements:
• Background in Business, Economics, or Finance
• Knowledge of investment products is an asset
• Solid organizational skills and self-motivation
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Proficient in English and French communication
Leverage your technical acumen to support Relationship Managers in enhancing client service while ensuring compliance across operations.
