Responsibilities encompass assessing residents, creating and monitoring care plans, and supervising nursing staff. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure quality resident care following established procedures
• Develop and implement tailored care plans
• Train and supervise nursing and personal care staff




• Monitor vital signs and resident health changes
• Manage facility operations in the Director’s absence
Requirements:
• Valid nursing certificate from the College of Nurses required
• Required registration with the Registered Nurses Association
• Previous experience in long-term care is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills needed
• Ability to multi-task and resolve complex issues
