How You’ll Make a Difference

- ClinicalAssessment: Conduct Functional Assessment Interviews andObservations to get to the "why" behind challenging behaviors.
- StrategicPlanning: Develop and implement sophisticated PBS and SafetyPlans in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team (schools,psychiatrists, and CYMH).
- FamilyCoaching: Act as a lead educator for caregivers, helping themunderstand neurodiversity (Autism, ADHD, FASD)



and teaching them the skills to support their child’s unique strengths.
- Advocacy: Navigatecomplex systems to reduce barriers to service, ensuring families have the resources and voice they need.
- CollaborativeLeadership: Work alongside the CYSN team and other professionalsto ensure a wraparound approach to care.

What You Bring

- Education: AMaster’s Degree in Psychology or Social/Human Services is preferred. (ABachelor’s degree with significant hands‑on experience in neurodiversitywill also be considered).
- SpecializedKnowledge: Deep understanding of Applied Behavioural Analysis(ABA) and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS). BCBA Verified CourseSequence or RBT training is a major asset.
- Experience: 3–5years of direct service in the neurodiversity or developmental delay field, with a proven track record in behavioral intervention and caregivercoaching.
- Resilience& Empathy: You are a master of personal boundaries, a clearcommunicator under pressure, and a champion for strength-based familysupport.
- TheEssentials: You have a reliable vehicle for daily communitytravel and the flexibility to meet families when they need you most
