Lead a team of Project Coordinators in a dynamic environment. Drive project delivery, support Agile leads, and maintain operational discipline while ensuring project data accuracy for optimal outcomes.
In this managerial role, you will provide guidance to Project Coordinators and support Technical Account Managers. Your leadership will be pivotal in establishing project governance frameworks and enforcing delivery standards across projects. The role emphasizes collaboration with internal and external partners while overseeing special projects and providing actionable insights through data analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of Project Coordinators to enable growth
• Ensure effective communication with Agile Leads and TAMs




• Own delivery coordination and enforce standards
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks
• Monitor project plans and reporting metrics
Requirements:
• 6+ years in IT with internal clients experience
• 2+ years in people management roles
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
• Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills to manage expectations
