Westland Insurance Group Ltd is expanding in Squamish, BC, and is looking for an Insurance Advisor.
Compensation
The expected hourly hiring range is $22.20 to $27.75 based on a 35‑hour work week. Salary will depend on qualifications, experience, market conditions and internal equity.
Professional Development

Responsibilities
- Promote and educate clients on insurance products.
- Own client relationships and drive retention.
- Help grow Westland’s presence in the local community.
- Deliver superior customer service and act as a client advocate.
- Identify clients’ business challenges and recommend solutions.
- Assist clients with their insurance needs using underwriting principles.
Qualifications
- Track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to build authentic client relationships.
- Strong time‑management skills, prioritize workload, maintain confidentiality.
- Insurance broker Level 1 license or working toward CAIB/CIP (financial support provided).
- Bonus: 6 months+ of industry experience.
