Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the strategic People Business Partner for multiple teams
• Advise senior leaders on organizational design and talent strategies
• Lead performance initiatives alongside L&D; COE
• Manage performance processes and year-end reviews
• Navigate complex HR matters with legal and operations teams
Requirements:
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience
• Proven track record as a trusted advisor in complex environments
• Strong skills in performance management and talent development
• Familiarity with tools like Workday and Jira
• Empathetic with a data-driven mindset
