As a key member of the Real Estate Operations team, you will report directly to leadership and play a vital role in enhancing operational consistency and efficiency. Your expertise in procurement, operational analysis, and vendor management will be essential as you establish proper workflows and monitor spending against budgets across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design standardized procurement workflows in Entrata
• Develop and maintain a preferred vendor program
• Conduct detailed operational expense analyses
• Serve as a super-user for operational systems
• Build reporting frameworks to track KPIs
Requirements:
• 5–8+ years in real estate operations or procurement
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
• Experience with multi-property operations
• Familiarity with property management systems (Entrata preferred)
• Proven experience with third-party management partners
