Manage outreach programs as a Community Outreach Supervisor in a temporary full time role. Deliver essential support and navigation services to individuals facing various challenges at a public library.
In this leadership role, you’ll provide direct support while overseeing a team of Community Outreach Workers. Your focus will be on ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of services and effective collaboration with library personnel. You'll enhance program accountability through data tracking and continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the outreach team effectively
• Ensure quality support and resources for program beneficiaries
• Mentor staff in case management and crisis intervention




• Foster collaboration with library staff members
• Monitor program performance and implement improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Education Psychology
• At least 2 years experience in frontline services required
• Skills in crisis and program management
• Previous supervisory or mentorship experience is advantageous
• Willingness to work varied hours including evenings
