Lead partner activation and performance as a Partner Development Manager in the Microsoft ecosystem. Focus on effective onboarding and driving measurable revenue impact while enjoying work from home flexibility.
In this impactful role, you will require 5-7 years of experience in partner activation or ecosystem management. Your responsibilities include managing onboarding processes, enhancing deal registrations and ensuring robust growth in partner-sourced Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). Effectively assess partner health and introduce necessary improvements for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own onboarding for new Microsoft ecosystem partners
• Achieve two deal registrations per partner in 90 days
• Perform quarterly health assessments for partners




• Collaborate with Sales to enable efficient co-selling
• Create improvement plans for underperforming partners
Requirements:
• 5-7 years in channel activation or enterprise SaaS
• History of meeting performance standards and metrics
• Familiarity with Marketplace dynamics and ERP modernization
• Strong analytical skills utilizing CRM data
• Leadership presence to engage with senior stakeholders
