Position Details
Title: Senior Manager Logistics
Type: Full time / Permanent
Shifts: Monday‑Friday 8am – 5pm
Location: Montreal, Quebec (Remote)
Compensation
Pay Range: $105,000 – $115,000 annually (Salaried)
Benefits: 10 days of paid time off upon hire, comprehensive benefits after 30 days, retirement plans, employee stock discount, safe and respectful work environment.
Responsibilities
- Interface directly with the customer to ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Strategic operational planning and execution for the distribution center and its supervisors.
- Identify and/or solve operational issues with the account(s) by implementing continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives.
- Hire, supervise, develop, and manage performance for employees and maintain a positive employee‑relations environment.
- Maintain open and effective communication within work groups and across the organization, reviewing data and implementing necessary actions.
- Manage profit and loss statements as appropriate to the complexity and scope of the operation.
- Lead a proactive safety program, enforcing company policies and monitoring equipment maintenance.

Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred.
- Master's degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation, or related field preferred.
- Five (5) or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or related field required.
- Five (5) or more years of managing, leading, and developing direct reports required.
- Three (3) or more years of profit & loss responsibility preferred.
- One (1) or more year of customer interaction preferred.
