This role requires a seasoned engineer to transition contact centers from on-premise to cloud-based solutions while ensuring PCI compliance. You'll lead discovery sessions to develop solutions tailored to client requirements and create thorough documentation that supports enterprise-class SaaS and CCaaS implementations. Your expertise in centralized scripting, routing, and CRM integration will be essential for optimal customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement voice and chat contact center solutions
• Migrate solutions to PCI-compliant cloud environments
• Plan and document contact center configuration support
• Lead the team in developing low-level designs
• Automate voice/chat flows to enhance agent efficiency
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience with contact center technologies
• 8+ years in high-volume platform management
• Hands-on experience in cloud migrations
• Familiarity with IVR and chat context passing
• Knowledge of chatbot development using AWS Lex or Google Dialog Flow
