Key Responsibilities:
• Build and structure the legal function from scratch
• Support compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations




• Own and negotiate vendor and operational contracts
• Collaborate with product teams on legal aspects of AI
• Monitor evolving regulations and provide actionable guidance
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of corporate law experience
• Background in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
• Robust business-oriented mindset

• Excellent communication skills and sound judgment
