Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and schedule QC staff activities
• Develop and implement quality management systems
• Conduct root cause investigations for defects
• Optimize asphalt mix designs for quality
• Liaise with customers on product satisfaction
Requirements:
• 5+ years in construction quality control
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• CCIL certification required; ACI preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license for site visits
