Job Description - Consultant (CREQ )

Essential Functions of the Job

- Ensure coordination between Functional testing, Performance and Automation Testing teams for the assigned area.
- Take responsibility for ensuring QA delivery and management of Test resources, status reporting, Test Strategy Plans, Cases, Scripts, Results.
- Responsible for project testing workload, performance and delivery targets.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other IT Services, IT Solutions functions and customers to expedite delivery of IT solutions.
- Participate in programme project review meetings to determine status, problem areas, suggest and review corrective actions, directing planning necessary extra work, and rework and re‑plan activities.

- Ability to clearly articulate both problems and proposed solutions.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

- Strong banking and credit card knowledge.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle including Functional & Non-Functional Test Phases.
- Good knowledge of current test and automation tools in the marketplace.
- Excellent management, interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Motivated by delivery.
- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change.
- Ability to work and team with a multitude of different people within and outside of IT to balance demands.
- Ability to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations people under pressure.
- Ability to quickly understand and learn current applications and technologies.
- Ability to perform hands‑on test execution to support project teams when necessary.
