Lead ticket sales initiatives as a Director for an AHL team. Develop, implement, and direct a comprehensive sales and service strategy focused on growing membership and ticket sales success.
This leadership role entails hiring, training, and directing the Sales and Service team. The position is crucial for strategizing all facets of the ticket sales process, from prospecting to closing, while maintaining strong client relationships. You will also collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive planning and execution of marketing and sales campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Hire and train the Ticket Sales & Service team
• Execute a robust Sales & Service Plan
• Meet or exceed sales and retention goals
• Collaborate with marketing on sales campaigns
• Analyze client needs to propose tailored solutions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• 5–7 years in premium sales/service
• 3 years in a leadership role
• Robust communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Drive membership retention and ticket sales growth through effective strategy and team leadership.
