Drive growth and success as an Account Executive specializing in AI solutions. Manage a portfolio of cloud customers, identifying their needs and facilitating seamless adoption of cutting-edge technologies.
In this role, you will oversee the full sales cycle, from discovery to closing. You’ll develop valuable relationships with customers in mid-market and growth stages while closely collaborating with Success and Product teams. Your efforts will focus on delivering demos, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customers realize the long-term value of AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and grow a portfolio of existing customers
• Identify and drive business needs for AI solutions
• Manage the entire sales cycle from discovery to close
• Track sales pipeline and report performance in Salesforce
• Educate customers on market trends in AI technology
Requirements:
• 2+ years of SaaS or B2B sales experience
• Familiarity with AI or voice technology preferred
• Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Proficient in English and Spanish
