ROLE SUMMARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of remote insurance sales agents across Canada
- Provide regular one-on-one coaching and constructive performance feedback to team members
- Monitor individual and team KPIs and develop clear action plans to drive results
- Lead weekly team meetings, accountability check-ins, and collaborative training sessions
- Mentor agents through virtual client presentations and complex enrollment situations
- Maintain personal sales activity alongside team leadership responsibilities
- Collaborate with regional leadership on growth initiatives and team development strategies
- Ensure all team activities comply with provincial licensing requirements and company standards
- Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain — fully supported)
- A natural leader with the ability to motivate, inspire, and hold others accountable
- Strong communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset




- Self-motivated and disciplined — someone who leads by example
- Comfortable managing and mentoring a remote team across digital platforms
- Organized, reliable, and committed to the growth of others

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience in a leadership, supervisory, or team-lead capacity (any industry considered)
- Background in sales, coaching, or team development
- A track record of helping others achieve goals
