Description
Admission to the Executive MBA (EMBA) program can require the completion and passing of an Executive Diagnostic test (EDT). Once a candidate has taken a test it needs to be assessed and marked. Questions will come to the incumbent on an irregular schedule, based on student need. While the work will begin in May, a higher volume of enquiries is expected in peak admission times throughout the year when most students write the exams. The service delivery expectation is for exams to be graded within two (2) calendar days. Subject matter expertise is required because the questions will often require the Sessional Instructional Assistant (SIA) to confirm a certain answer is correct.
Qualification
Must hold a graduate degree and have previous experience in grading assessments. A high degree of confidentiality is required.
Availability
Must be available to grade exams within two (2) calendar days; have the ability to handle irregular schedules and peak admission times with a higher volume of inquiries, i.e., 2026 Summer‑F (May‑June), 2026 Fall, and 2027 Winter.
Class Schedule
Courses may be online or in‑person, depending on circumstances, so candidates must be available and comfortable with both.

This job is posted in accordance with the CUPE 3902 Unit 3 Collective Agreement. Preference in hiring is given to qualified individuals advanced to the rank of Sessional Lecturer II or Sessional Lecturer III in accordance with Article 14:12 of the CUPE 3902 Unit 3 collective agreement. Undergraduate or graduate students and postdoctoral fellows of the University of Toronto are covered by the CUPE 3902 Unit 1 collective agreement rather than the Unit 3 collective agreement,
