In this role, you will utilize your expertise with .NET and ETL tools to maintain system functionality and resolve application issues. You will communicate effectively with stakeholders while adhering to SLA compliance and enhancing system resilience. This opportunity involves collaboration with various teams, providing after-hours support, and documenting incidents and solutions for future reference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor production systems for optimal performance
• Troubleshoot application and data pipeline issues




• Provide timely customer-focused support
• Propose enhancements for system reliability
• Document incidents and resolutions for knowledge base
Requirements:
• 4+ years in .NET production application support
• 2+ years with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, SSIS)
• 1+ year with AWS cloud services
• Robust troubleshooting and database tuning skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
Drive efficiency and reliability in production systems while ensuring exceptional customer service as a dedicated engineer.
