This role works cross-functionally with production and leadership teams to maintain high standards in quality, safety, and performance.**What You’ll Be Doing*** Coordinate and participate in quality management system activities* Support site leadership in achieving customer requirements and quality objectives* Track, analyze, and report quality metrics* Respond to quality issues at all levels of the organization* Perform internal quality audits as required* Conduct quality-related activities including inspection, testing, gauge calibration, and material sampling* Review incoming raw materials and support disposition decisions* Maintain document control systems* Support validation of product specifications at the plant level* Investigate customer feedback, returns, and quality events* Participate in Global Performance System (GPS)
