Key Responsibilities:
• Implement nursing care policies and procedures
• Notify physicians of significant resident status changes
• Provide direction to Personal Support Workers




• Participate in shift change reports with the team
• Involve in the update of unit care procedures
Requirements:
• Current Certificate of Competence from the nursing board
• Experience in long-term or geriatric care settings
• Understanding of relevant healthcare regulations
• Robust communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
