About The Role
We are seeking a Workforce Operations Specialist to oversee the administration and optimization of the workforce platforms that support our national retail programs. This role will manage the day‑to‑day operation of Salesforce and Repsly across multiple client accounts, ensuring systems are properly configured, workflows run smoothly, and field teams are supported. The position plays a critical role in maintaining operational stability while enabling our analytics and engineering teams to focus on insight development and platform innovation. This is a hands‑on operational role ideal for someone with strong Salesforce administration experience and a passion for improving processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day administration of Salesforce and Repsly platforms across multiple programs
- Maintain user roles, permissions, and access management
- Configure surveys, forms, workflows, and program updates within workforce platforms
- Ensure data is captured consistently and aligned with reporting requirements
- Act as the primary internal resource for workforce platform troubleshooting and field support
- Partner with client services teams to implement program updates and operational changes
- Maintain documentation of workflows, processes, and system configurations
- Identify opportunities to improve platform workflows and operational efficiency
- Support the rollout of new platform features, forms, and reporting structures
- Work closely with the BI and engineering teams to ensure platform data supports reporting needs
What You Bring
- 3-5 years experience in Salesforce administration or workforce platform management
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, user management, and workflow setup
- Experience supporting operational systems used by distributed teams
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Experience with workforce management platforms (Repsly, retail field platforms, etc.)
- Experience working with retail, field marketing, or agency programs
