Play a pivotal role as a Health & Safety Advisor for remote operational support. Advocate for safety standards in complex environments while ensuring compliance and risk management.
The individual contributor position demands expertise in safety practices for FIFO camps, ice roads, and aviation logistics. You will conduct inspections, develop training materials, and lead safety orientations while ensuring adherence to industry regulations. Your work will directly contribute to a zero-harm initiative in challenging regions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform safety audits and hazard assessments in remote regions
• Create and update critical safety documentation
• Lead safety orientations and training programs




• Analyze incidents and recommend preventive measures
• Support third-party safety compliance efforts
Requirements:
• CRSP or equivalent with 5+ years in safety roles
• Solid knowledge of local OHS regulations
• OFA3/Advanced First Aid certification required
• Capability to work in challenging environments
• Familiarity with safety software and reporting tools
