Ignite passion for language as a Remote EAL Educator! Lead an enriching course for the English Summer Pathway Program, helping students transition smoothly into their studies.
As the EAL Educator, you will create lesson plans, manage student assessments, and provide key insights about their academic progression. This role requires delivering high-quality online instruction and fostering an interactive learning workplace for students coming from non-English backgrounds. Your expertise will guide them towards successful full-time enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and teach online lessons for the program
• Grade assignments and assess student engagement
• Provide recommendations on student eligibility
• Collaborate with the Summer Pathway Program Manager
• Conduct 20 hours of remote instruction weekly
Requirements:
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Proven experience in EAL teaching essential
• Familiarity with diverse student settings is advantageous
• Superior technology and communication capabilities
• Commitment from May to August 2026
