Position: Soiled Linen Processing Supervisor

Status: Full-Time | 4 Days per Week (10-Hour Shifts)

Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 + Benefits

About the Opportunity

We are currently partnering with a well-established, international leader in the industrial laundry and textile services industry to hire a Soiled Linen Processing Supervisor for their Mississauga operation. This organization is recognized for its scale, operational excellence, and commitment to quality across North America across the globe.

This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is someone who leads from the front — not afraid to roll up their sleeves, work alongside the team, and drive performance on the floor. The operation is performance-driven, and success in this role will come from strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to motivate teams to consistently meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and lead a team responsible for sorting and processing soiled linen
- Drive daily production targets and ensure performance expectations are met
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality standards across the department
- Coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable to performance and attendance standards
- Lead by example by being actively present on the production floor
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall operations

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a production,



warehouse, or industrial environment
- Strong people leadership skills with a focus on performance management and accountability
- A hands-on, lead-from-the-front leadership style
- Experience working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week
- Experience in industrial laundry or textile services is an asset, but not required
