This role seeks a Principal Trainer to drive the development and delivery of engaging training content. You will work closely with clinical teams and technology vendors to ensure that end users effectively adopt the EPR system. The ideal candidate should excel in creating comprehensive education programs that address workflow requirements and knowledge gaps among users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop training requirements for EPR end users
• Lead modular curriculum development for clinical workflows
• Collaborate with IT and clinical leaders for best practices
• Create eLearning modules to support self-directed learning
• Monitor system usage and provide ongoing support
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a health care field required
• 3 years’ experience in curriculum and training programs
• 3 years of recent clinical experience preferred
• Valid passport for vendor training certification
• Proficiency in creating eLearning content preferred
