This role focuses on GTM enablement, requiring an experienced individual to manage training processes. Key responsibilities include collaborating with diverse teams to align on business priorities and developing structured plans that support effective training delivery. The goal is to ensure teams are equipped with the necessary skills, tools, and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute enablement programs aligned with GTM strategies
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Marketing for launches
• Design training curricula and supporting resources




• Promote MEDDPICC and Challenger methodologies
• Measure program effectiveness and gather feedback
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in enablement or GTM roles
• At least 2 years in a revenue-generating sales position
• Experience with structured training program delivery
• Knowledge of sales methodologies like MEDDPICC
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
