In this role, you will be a senior resource and mentor to the team. You will also be handling a book of commercial clients and responsible for creating, securing, and delivering top-notch insurance programs.Primary ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the development and growth of individual team membersEffectively service a book of assigned commercial clientsWork effectively with Sales and Senior Account ManagersComplete coverage gap analysisEffective cross selling and up sellingNegotiating valued insurance programs for our commercial clientsQualifications RequiredRIBO license, active and in good standing, is requiredMinimum three years of commercial insurance brokerage experienceMinimum three years experience in a Team Lead positionKnowledge of specialty products and/or segment needs would be an asset (e.G. Cyber, D&O, E&O, etc.)Other industry qualifications, such as CAIB, CIP, CRM, etc.,
