YOUR IMPACT

We’re counting on you to drive agility, not just maintain it. This role directly contributes to maximizing value for our clients through successful ServiceNow implementations and deployments. You will work on implementing the ServiceNow platform for large-scale clients, and your success will be measured by delivery quality, team collaboration, and client satisfaction.

YOUR TEAM

We hire top talent and give them the space to thrive. You will collaborate closely with Ateko’s PMO team, ServiceNow delivery teams, and various internal and client stakeholders, under the leadership of the ServiceNow Delivery Director. No ego, just smart people working together to solve complex problems, alongside IT teams, product teams, and our clients.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your day to day will look like this:

- Coaching teams and the organization on Agile – Scrum values and practices.
- Organizing and facilitating Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
- Enabling discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.




- Supporting transparent and transparent communication internally and with clients.
- Following up with clients and supporting the ServiceNow Delivery Director.
- Contributing to resource capacity planning and, when needed, training Ateko teams on Agile – Scrum practices.

THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The following experience will help you succeed in this role. However, if you don’t meet all these criteria, we will be happy to consider your application, because we’re looking for potential first.

- Physically located in Quebec and fully fluent in French (spoken and written).
- Holds a recognized Scrum certification (CSM or PSM I / PSM II).
- Have some experience in a Scrum Master role (asset if you have 5 years and plus).
- Experience managing multiple squads simultaneously.
- Background in IT and/or ServiceNow initiatives, with familiarity with Jira considered an asset.
