Lead the scheduling and payroll processes for a key crisis intervention service. Ensure operational continuity through effective staffing and workforce management in this dynamic role.
This full-time position plays a crucial part in crisis line operations, reporting to the Crisis Line Services Manager. You will manage the 24/7 staffing schedule, coordinate payroll processes, and engage with staff to support retention and compliance. Independent judgment is critical, as you navigate real-time staffing changes and onboarding logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee 24/7 staffing schedules for the crisis line
• Independently process payroll in QuickBooks
• Maintain communication regarding staff scheduling




• Monitor leave balances and staffing risks
• Support onboarding and training logistics for new staff
Requirements:
• Experience in operational scheduling within crisis services
• Knowledge of payroll processes and QuickBooks
• Excellent communication skills for team collaboration
• Solid attention to detail and professional integrity
• Ability to make independent decisions effectively
