Lead exceptional customer service as a Customer Service Manager. Manage front-end operations to ensure a positive shopping experience and build customer loyalty.
In this role, you'll coordinate customer service efforts and uphold compliance with operational standards. Your responsibilities include addressing concerns from both customers and associates, monitoring front-end team performance, and facilitating effective training on systems and protocols. Promoting company programs will also be a significant focus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure secure work processes for the team
• Address customer and associate concerns effectively
• Supervise associates, coordinating shifts and support
• Train team members on company systems and safety
• Oversee purchase and return transactions
Requirements:
• Age requirement: 16 years or older
Drive a positive customer experience and promote service excellence within a retail environment.
