At Owl Insight HR ( previously "Lisa Isaac HR Qualified Services") , Human Resources is about more than just policies and paperwork. It's about people. And it's about creating workplaces where everyone feels seen, valued, and supported. We believe in walking alongside our clients to co-create workplaces that honour both community and accountability.

As an Indigenous-owned firm, our approach is rooted in the values of respect, reciprocity, and responsibility to the communities we serve. Weekly hours of work will revolve around active client workload average 35 hours per week. Approximately 20% of our time is spent internally on professional development and supporting the team. Occasional travel will be required between communities across Canada.

Key responsibilities include:

- Project planning, coordination, and administration
