You will serve as the primary contact for inquiries and assist in resolving issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee stop betting and officiating of all races
• Generate and create racing information for tracks
• Distribute handle reports for Ontario tracks




• Handle administrative tasks like cheques and customer calls
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of AGCO and ORC regulations
• Minimum 3 years in pari-mutuel wagering environment
• Robust organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt
• Flexible with shifts, including late-night and morning hours
