This role focuses on supporting HR strategies while ensuring the seamless functionality of our employee rewards programs. Your responsibility will include analyzing data, managing communications, and building connections across teams. Leverage your organizational skills and strong initiative to drive improvements and uphold a thriving work culture centered on belonging.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support administration of employee rewards programs
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR information
• Draft employment letters and documentation




• Orchestrate onboarding and employee orientation
• Manage health and safety program functions
Requirements:
• 1-3 years in pension and benefits HR experience
• Degree or certification in Human Resources needed
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Display integrity and confidentiality in all tasks
